Our dental team are usually able to offer same day appointments for emergencies and get you out of pain within 24 hours, whether it is a broken or loose tooth or infection. What is NOT considered an emergency?

A dental emergency is any situation where you require emergency attention in order to minimise the risk of serious medical problems. Please ensure you call our emergency dentist if you have any of the following dental problems:
– Extreme and uncontrollable toothache which doesn’t respond to over the counter painkillers
– Uncontrolled bleeding in your mouth
– A chipped tooth which is causing extreme pain or there is blood coming from inside the tooth (small amount of blood from around the tooth/gum margin is not a dental emergency)
– Dental swelling of your gum, face, cheek or neck which is spreading.
– A recent dental extraction which continues to bleed and can’t be stopped by biting down soft padding.
– An avulsed (knocked out) tooth
– Minor tooth ache which is only causing mild discomfort
– A small amount of bleeding after knocking your tooth which stops rapidly and has no extreme pain associated. – Tooth sensitivity.
– A chipped tooth without any extreme pain or blood from the tooth itself.
– A broken restoration such as crown, bridge or veneer.
– Orthodontic brackets which have become loose.
– Mouth ulcers which are less than 10 days old.

  This is my second review in addition to my original review I left below earlier.

Today 08/08/2023 remarks the end of my braces journey with Waldron Dental clinic.

I cannot recommend this place any more! I had big gaps between my tooth with weird structured front tooth. Waldron Dental Clinic team was able to close all gaps and give me the natural Hollywood smile.

It is money that is well spent and if time goes back I will still chose Waldron Dental Clinic over any other clinic.

The team there is very skilled, patient and you feel directly that they know what they are doing. They are always willing to answer all questions and explain what they are doing and why!

Also, a point that is very worth mentioning, for the retainers, they have an advanced technological equipment that takes a 3D copy of your tooth when you take your braces off. It is 10x more accurate than the traditional moulding technique that all Dental Clinics use! The retainers I received were fitting is perfectly from the first time!!

I need to say that I absolutely had one of the best customer experiences in terms of help for personal reasons. Mr. Grant did not even hesitate to help and he just straightaway understood that we all as human beings we face sudden personal issues that wouldn’t help us to attend an appointment
Speaking about him, his voice was very clear and the phone quality was superb. I did not fail to miss a single word, not as what we experience nowadays on customer service phone calls from other companies. His voice tune was very calming as well and he tried to make the phone call cheerful and he didn’t fail to put a smile on my face this morning!
